A Contribution Sandbox_Your Ideas HereUnfiled ideas... Feel free to add to this (the password is 'trust')
How can we take out all the transaction costs/friction around going from idea to pebble to company? - Trusted network of people who work on handshakes - Avoid creating legal entities for as long as possible - Enable rewarding of value for 'microefforts'...either by creating more-trusted relationships or revenue sharing - Instead of equity grants, use 1099/revenue sharing as much as possible (granting and managing equity is a huge pain) -
Personal IPOS / Investing In People's Futures (Literally) - The idea is out there, what are some examples? What about the hollywood stock exchange? Here are some fake articles on Personal IPOs

http://www.byproducts.com/art/2000/6/961085271/index.html - Lots of young (and older) people have great ideas, but are trapped by having to take a job for regular income to make ends meet. - Once PebbleStorm builds a critical mass of pebbles, companies and relationships, there will be a lot more ways to help those people generate income while working on long-term ideas. - But, as the "next layer of the onion" (or perhaps this is the innermost layer of trust), what if an investor/group of investors could buy an option on a person's future capital-creation potential? * This would align exactly with pebblestorm's idea of reframing work and productivity FROM the organization and TO the individual * Venture capital already invests in people, but through the vehicle of individual companies...is there a new form of venture here that could literally invest directly in people? * If you could 'invest' in people, now you're truly incented to see them succeed like you never have before - To begin, this could only work with truly trusting relationships, because there are so many unknown functions. As the structures evolved, the practice could spread.
Structure: How would you structure this? - 10% (?) of all...income, capital gains? Would you have any exclusions, like an inheritance? Or just keep it simple and incorporate a 'no exclusions' clause in? - Does there have to be some kind of asset trust to ensure transparency? - Do you wait 5-10 years before this kicks in, to let someone establish the platform that's going to generate massive wealth? - How long before someone builds an exchange to trade personal shares?
