How can we beta test businesses, not just apps?

How can we make it as easy/time and energy effective as possible to take an idea, protoype the message/app/business and see if it's worth putting energy into?

...example guidelines...

- Never create anything from scratch - mash up different assets to create a new one. 

       - our sales expertise with your legal clients and a trainer/training firm to create sales training for the legal industry

- If something requires too much effort, can you create another pebble that will seed the answer?

- Equity and revenue sharing, not salaries

- Avoid legal paperwork by working only with trusted people/parties, with handshakes

- Don't try to predict the future, just try it

- If the market or product isn't ready yet, just put the idea back on the shelf and wait (for either the market to mature or for someone to build the platform for you).  Don't force it.
