• Do you have any controversial or subversive practices - either that employees, customers or your board are skeptical of?  For example, publishing your product roadmap to your customers, or complete financial transparency to your employees.

• Is there an experimental management practice that you'd like to try or see others try?  (Ex: letting employees rank and rate managers, publishing everyone's comp openly, breaking functional groups such as sales into 'pods' that are like small business units)
