1. $10 donation box (with scholarship option).  Just leave it by the door, honor system.

2. Name tags w/"trigger" words (what would you like to talk about with people?)

    Work with the first few to create some examples that others can follow

3. People can mill around, introductions, use trigger words to start conversations

4. On the wall, a "Serendipity Board": poster up with a matrix people can fill in, 4 colums:

         > Name. part of town you're from

         > Company or Passion (optional)

         > "What You're Looking To a) Find or b) To Share With Others"  

         > "How to find me" (tonight or in the future)

      * This would make it easier for people to meet up in the future as a local group

      * Topics: unique genius, what resonated?, what are your next babysteps?
