1. PebbleStorm Circles
Local meetings of 6-14 people in their own neighborhoods, led by a local champion:
3. An email list/group
These are easy to start, but when they're purely open, then can get cluttered (which might be ok). Here are some options I've been considering:
- Open list...easy, but it'll get cluttered over time
- Pre-screen who can enter (say, only if they've been to an event or to a conference call)...but approval/admin would be challenging as it grew
- $2-5+/month subscription. This way, the only people on the list are ones that are currently mentally engaged. However, we'd lose some people that could contribute in serendipitous ways. Actually, hmm - if it was a subscription, I could spend plenty of time responding to emails myself and everyone would benefit...
5. Workshop format
A smaller venue where I would work 1-1 with a few people more intensely for half a day, for example.

Thanks for the suggestion :)
