This group of authentic entrepreneurs is the fulfillment of a vision of creating a community of people, based on trust, that has fun helping each other succeed. Relationships and trust are built 1-1 at a time, and a small group (virtual groups of 5-6, in-person of 10-12), is the best way to create a group of people that is small enough to get to know each other, yet large enough to have a great diversity of opinions, resources, ideas and ways to help.
This page is the place we're outlining a clear vision statement and set of values and guidelines, which will enable our group to grow and expand (even around the globe), while maintaining its culture and 'essence'. Growth is necessary for enjoyment (who doesn't like to grow?), but unbridled or thoughtless growth can sabotage the original integrity of what we have!
VISION
The PebbleStorm Authentic Entrepreneurs Cooperative is a worldwide network of groups of like-minded, authentic entrepreneurs around the globe to joining together to have fun helping each other succeed. Work is a lot easier and more enjoyable when working with like-minded people you trust. Handshakes over contracts!
“Small” means the group must either be small enough, or broken into mini-teams, to create the feelings of comradeship, intimacy and trust that make teams great and enjoyable. The small size guideline is, starting out, “7 +/- 2”, that is “5-9 people”. It's possible our group will grow past that at some point to see what our natural 'breaking point' is and how big the maximum group of active teammates really should be.

HOW NEW MEMBERS CAN JOIN
It’s important to keep bringing fresh energy and ideas into teams. It’s also important to recruit like-minded people. The team will come up with guidelines on how we want to add new members.
- Talk 1-1 with at least one teammate. Can they ADD VALUE to the group, and make it better than before?
- Invite them to a team call
- Mutually decide if it's a fit
- If not a fit with this team, talk to another
PARTICIPATION: 3 CHOICES
The team needs a core group of committed members, and we can have some extended members who are less committed, but still enhance the culture or resources of the team. After someone has been on the team long enough to establish trust & relationships, they can begin to choose their participation:
1. “All-in”: Every call. If you can’t make something, please RSVP 24 hours in advance.
2. “Once Monthly”: Only after an established track record with a team...Choose to attend either the first call of the month, or the 2nd, and stick to it. If you can’t make something, please RSVP 24 hours in advance to the whole team.
3. “On The Beach”: After 'graduating', passive or email-only participation.
Changing Your Participation Commitment
You can :) Please do this no more than once every three months. Of course, if a family situation comes up, we will be accepting and accommodating…just stay in communication as needed.
